New Trade Marks Rules, 2015

Under the power given on Rule-124 of Act-19 of the Trademark Act, 2009, the Bangladesh Ministry of Industry made a new rule entitled as Trademarks Rules, 2015 which has come into force from September 20, 2015. All Trademark Forms pattern have changed and remade in Bengali language. Also, some official fees have changed with the enforcement of Trademarks Rules, 2015. For instance, now Form TM-10 is made for Power of Attorney in Bengali and Form TM-48 is no longer applicable for new TM filings.
